Exciting Private Equity Management startup seeking a Corporate Controller for our home office in Scottsdale! This individual will have a history of expert, detailed and successful financial management.
Corporate Controller Responsibilities
- Overseeing the finanail management activities for the organization
- Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Managing Accounting operations, developing internal controls & providing financial insights
- Managing team of accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely financials
- Reports to Director of Accounting
Corporate Controller Requirements
- Must be local to the Scottsdale office, no relo assistance offered
- BA in Accounting or FInance from 4-year accredited university – CPA highly preferred
- 10 years exp with heavy consolidation and intercompany transactions
- Technical and Financial reporting experience (USGAAP), strong analytical skills & fixed asset exp preferred
- Ability to work in fast paced, multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment with strong management skills
